For your convenience and comfort, we provide parking space for up to five cars.
Additionally, the estate manager/property owner lives in a completely separate part of the villa, providing 24/7 service in case of any issues. During business hours, feel free to knock on their door for questions regarding the villa.

Please agree to our house rules, which are designed to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties permitted.
- Barbecue only allowed in the designated area by the swimming pool terrace.
- Please refrain from picking flowers or plants from the garden.
- Only confirmed guests at the time of booking may stay at the villa.
- The use of the swimming pool is at the guest’s discretion; no lifeguard on duty.
- Keep the door at the top of the garden leading to the Mont Boron trails locked at all times.
- All damages must be reported to the estate manager immediately.
- Guests are kindly asked not to enter or touch the electrical fuse boxes.
- Diving or jumping off the rockery into the swimming pool is not allowed.
- All air conditioning units must be switched off when not inside the rooms.
- Between the hours of 7 am and 10 am, the estate manager will clean the swimming pool and tend to the garden.
- Between the hours of 7 pm and 8 pm, the estate manager will water plants.
- Every Monday morning between 8 am and 1 pm, the gardener will be working in the garden.
- Every Friday at 11 am, the pool specialist will clean the pool and check PH levels.
- The pool must not be used when the pool vacuum is inside the swimming pool.
- Terrace awnings must be closed during windy times.
- Entry into the boiler room is not permitted.
- All house rubbish must be taken down to the parking and placed in the relevant large bins provided, either recycling or normal house waste.
- Every Monday evening at 6:30 pm, the estate manager will take out the large recycling bin from the parking.
- Every Tuesday at 6:30 pm, the estate manager will take out the large house waste bin from the parking.
- You are fully responsible for any damages incurred to the villa during your stay.
